I'm a big simulation fan and therefore have a lot of simulations for my laptop which is unfortunately very old and bad now I would like to buy a nine gaming pc on which I can play simulators at high settings. Now the question I particularly want is the game Train sim Play world on steam is recommended 3.6Ghz I really need if no how much do I need for good graphics please write suggestions for such a PC no matter whether finished or to put together yourself

Mostly enough for Aimulators entry level pc's. If you are not afraid of used parts, it can be relatively cheap because simulators also run well on older hardware.
Depending on where your budget is, you could have one put together and built at caseking.de
if you play with lots of details you should get a strong graphics card
