With 500 euro, gaming becomes very difficult.
I would recommend a notebook with Ryzen APU like the Ryzen 5 2500U or 3500U. You get it from about 400 euro. Of course, these are not enough for challenging titles, for Minecraft.
Generally for gaming it is always best to buy a PC.

Home Office Laptops are more than enough for your budget! Unfortunately, gaming can't be compared to home office. I'm assuming that you do not want to play GTA5 directly on a laptop up to 500 euro because you could forget something like that.
