Planet Coaster and / or Foundation on the gaming laptop?

Can I play the two games on the laptop? The system requirements and equipment can be read on the pictures.

Yes, both should be playable fluently.

I don't know "Foundation", but I also imagine Planet Coaster to be difficult on a laptop. - But as the saying goes, "Trying is better than studying."
