Since MFS 2020 (Microsoft Flight Sim) I wanted to get excited, it has been playing it myself the whole time.
The problem with the whole thing is that my computer would blow up immediately if I played it.
My question is: Can I recommend a good but cheap gaming laptop to someone.
So the FS2020 will bring even the most powerful PCs to their knees. You need a strong laptop that runs well.
16GB RAM are a must, a strong processor like an I7 or Ryzen 7 and a powerful graphics card like the RTX 2070. You can also achieve good results with weaker graphics cards. A GTX 1660 Super is also quite ok because the game draws more from the RAM and the CPU.
And now you have a recommendation for a laptop
The CAPTIVA I56-015 would be good there. 32GB RAM, i7-10750H and an RTX 2060. And not that expensive for the components.
First of all the usual: cheap and gaming laptop are actually 2 terms that are mutually exclusive.
I can recommend something from MSI or an HP Omen (I'm currently using). However, you're also somewhere around ~ 1600 euro +
If you like to play such simulations more and more, I would even recommend a tower because it can be upgraded "cheaper".
