Notebook repair due to corona?

Hi brought my laptop to Saturn for repairs on November 2nd, 2020. My display broke when it was opened, ka how that worked, but that's how it is. On 11/11/2020 they told me that the device arrived. So in the repair status the order was being processed. After 3 weeks I called and asked. They told me that the device was at the manufacturer and took patience. So on December 2nd, 2020 they noticed that the device had a broken display. What can't be overlooked. They said it would take another 3 weeks, I thought ok what the heck, on December 23rd, 2020 they told me that it would take a while. How long does it take to replace the display… Now it's January 16, 2020 and it's still not finished. Ahja there's no guarantee or warranty, etc. The cost is 416 euro. Well, I've already agreed, now I don't feel like waiting anymore. I want to have my notebook back and give it somewhere else where it takes so long. Or can saturn write a letter and set a deadline or withdraw from the sales contract, etc. My notebook can't stay there for decades. You can fix it on during the lockdown.

What can I do to get it back?

Why are you so stupid and don't send the device to the manufacturer yourself? Saturn is just an unnecessary, superfluous sidekick in between.
