Is Shadow worth it?

I wanted to get the shadow streaming service for 1 year (30 euro), but I do not know if it's worth it. My laptop is not really strong for gaming and I also wanted to gamble with nice graphics.

I think cloud gaming is not really worth it. The latency is far too high and the picture quality is too low.

I would rather invest my money in a PC in the long term than in cloud gaming.
