Garry's mod low fps?

I overclocked an I5 8600k to 4.5Ghz, an MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X, My corsair vengenace LPX 2x8 GB also overclocked to 3333Mhz and still in Garys mod as soon as something bigger is spawned 30 fps maximum. (A friend with his much worse laptop always has more fps than me) why is that?
