Yesterday I bought a laptop at Saturn for 999 euro. I wanted to use it to create things in Adobe (the seller assured me that it was suitable for this - unfortunately I forgot to inform myself about the storage space - it is only 300GB!). When I was working on something simple for about an hour, adobe crashed… Then 2 more times. And the battery of the laptop does not last 5 hours as stated, but only 1.5 hours! So is it possible to reverse it all, or do I have to hand in 170 euro a month for a scrap heap for the next 6 months?
300GB are enough for Adobe and a lot of other things, moreover, the storage space was known and guaranteed, the battery life depends on the usage, my laptop does 6 hours under minimum load and almost one hour under full power, so it depends on you and yours Use from how long it runs, but it manages the 5 hours. So everything is fulfilled.
Intensive computing power requires enormous battery consumption, something like that only about electricity.
Why Adobe crashes? K. A.
But the program crashed several times and that with a new pc
This can be due to the program or an error in the installation, other installed programs, wrong drivers or or or. If Windeis is running on the PC then Adobe is running. The requirements are not special.
I don't think it's the laptop's fault.
Adobe doesn't take up much space. For me the CS4 runs e.g. On an 11 year old laptop.
I tend to guess an operating error or installation error.
That the battery does not last 5 hours when you work intensively with it should actually be normal. However, I have no idea what you bought there.
If you think it is a defect, then bring it back, something like that is guaranteed.
However, if it is your mistake, as I suspected, then the money will cost
But what could I have done wrong? Bought, loaded, opened, downloaded the first tutorial and started. Tack crashed
I don't know what you downloaded and installed there. I don't know the work you do there either, so I can't tell you what you could have done wrong.
