Use Walkie Talkie Data Cable for Calculators?

I have a https://www.amazon.de/...00XH54L82/ and a https://www.amazon.de/...0009FHR48/ and since I would like to transfer data from my laptop to the calculator, I asked myself whether I could use the cable from the walkie talkie right away. Is the? The plug would fit. When I put it in the calculator for testing (only in the calculator, not in the laptop), the calculator turned on for some reason.
