Why can I suddenly no longer watch my series on Netflix?

I go to Netflix, go to "continue looking with my profile", see the pictures of the series (some of which are already several years old) and when I move the mouse over them to press play, there's only the "Remember" button ". I can't watch any of the series / films now. My dad thinks it's my laptop and Netflix doesn't want to show me anymore because of the older laptop. Does anyone know what I can do about it?

How good that you don't name any of the series. Assumption: they are currently no longer available on netflix.

Sometimes it helps to start the last episode, and after the first few seconds to jump to the last 5 minutes, then the series is considered finished again.

It could be that this error is also triggered by cookies, it was the case with me.

Sometimes I also miss-clicked on a series, could be the same with you.

But these little bugs are always annoying, and Netflix is one of the better streaming providers. Furthermore, there are always suggestions as to what netflix should do better, but they don't care about it or don't want to. (Topic "Items no longer available in the next week / month" list)
