Since you also pay well and happy times to the 100 euro more for a device that you get elsewhere in terms of performance also cheaper.
In any case, I would recommend a multimedia device with a processor from Intel Core i5 or alternatively an AMD Ryzen 5 in your case. To gamble a dedicated graphics card would be useful, but you will not get in your price range. Would therefore rather rely on a processor from AMD, because here the integrated graphics unit is more powerful than that of Intel. In addition, 8 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD.
