Notebook turns off when booting despite new battery?

I bought a new battery for my notebook, the old one was gone. Now I've found that the notebook just switches off when booting - I just see the manufacturer's logo. This does not occur with charging cables. During operation, I can also remove the charging cable without problems. Have already tried 2 batteries, original and a replica.

Does somebody has any idea?

That will probably be due to the CMOS battery. Renew it.
