I have the following problem and I hope that you can help me. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I just wanted to restart it because the internet was causing some problems. When I wanted to restart the device normally, the following message came: support.apple.com/iphone/restore, further down there's an icon from the charging cable that leads to a laptop.
I'm quite new to this Apple world and have never had a problem with my Android smartphones. What can I do to skip this message? I don't want to lose my data or restore anything or anything, the only thing I wanted was to restart the iPhone.
Hopefully have a backup in the cloud or locally on a pc.
best of all, connect as required via cable to a pc with itunes.
The problem has now been resolved. The iPhone can be started again as usual. I don't know what the problem was.
