Ram busy for no reason?

I have a problem that my ram is busy for no reason. When I start my laptop (HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 17-cd0: Gtx 1660 ti, 16gb ram, intel core i7 9750h, 500gb ssd and extra built-in 500gb hdd, windows 10 home 64x) the ram is about 22% full. When I open a couple of programs, the load increases, of course, but when I close them really closed, Ram still stays at the 75% load although nothing is open. On the program RAMMap (a program from Microsoft) I'm shown that Process Private 4 021 336 k and Mapped File 5 964 676 k consume in total. Can someone help me there?

Many processes are executed in the background, which explains the increase in RAM utilization. Since it's a laptop, it takes longer and is more complex, so it's 22% normal unless you have 32GB in your laptop

Op

Yes, that with the 22% is already clear to me 😅 the only problem is that my laptop remains at about 75% utilization, even though I have closed everything and closed it via Task Manager. I also closed everything at the bottom of the taskbar at the arrow and still it stays at 75%.

In Task Manager you can see why your workload is so high, look there and uninstall unnecessary things that are constantly running in the background.

Op

The problem is that the maximum load for the Task Manager that is displayed to me is 400 MB and that is only because I have just opened so many tabs on the firefox but when I close it there's still the same amount of ram that is used utz

There has to be something else, go to the complete overview of the Task Manager, everything is right there
