Have an Hp Omen 17 gaming laptop with RTX 2070, i7 9750h 16GB RAM and 1 TB SSD. In all other games, the laptop delivers outstanding performance at the highest settings, but with Warzone I have 60-70 fps at the lowest settings. The clock frequency of the CPU drops from 4 GHZ to 2.6 GHZ. Why is this only the case with Warzone even though the settings are all on low? And what can I do about it to get maximum performance
Did you connect the laptop to the charging cable? Because when the laptop is running on battery power, the performance is reduced by half.

If the CPU throttles, this is mostly due to the temperature being too high or the power limit.
Yes it is connected as I said it is only like that with Warzone
The temperature of the CPU is similar to the other games 90-95 when the fans are running hard the temp even goes down to 75 80
