Hei I get in games like csgo, r6, LOL… Just over 100 FPS at the lowest settings. I can only play Warzone with 30 FPS. Why do I have such bad FPS numbers in every game? Got an i7 7700hq gtx1070 16 Gb RAM. Is it somehow possible to get a reasonable amount of FPS as a graphics card should actually afford? It can't be that even csgo runs with 100 or sometimes only 70 FPS on the lowest settings.
Is then more due to the cpu.

Are you sure your games are running on the gtx 1070 and not on the processor's internal GPU?
And what resolution do you use?
May be due to thermal throtteling. This is a common problem with gaming notebooks. Since their cooling is just sufficiently dimensioned, a bit of dust in the cooler is enough to throttle the CPU / GPU in order not to break.

Yes, even with an i5 3230m more is possible. Have you ever benchmarked your parts? Watched clockspeeds, monitored temps, etc?
