Can I play Euro Truck Simulator 2 on my new notebook?

Since today 11.11.2019 I own the HP 17-by2631ng.

Technical specifications:

• 17.3 'FHD IPS display

• Intel Core i5 - 10210U (1.6 GHz base frequency, up to 4.2 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost technology, 6 MB cache, 4 cores)

• 16 GB DDR4 - 2666 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB)

• 1TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD

• AMD Radeon 530 graphics card (2 GB GDDR5 dedicated)

Can I easily play Euro Truck Simulator 2 with these technical data (smooth, fluid, no frame drops, no graphics errors, bugs, etc.)? Does a high graphics setting (1080p) or not work? I would appreciate helpful answers.

I mean that it works without problems.

I've been playing ETS2 for a long time and it does not work on every toaster on full graphics but should work.
