Euro Truck Simulator 2 Overwrite game from old to new PC?

I've bought a new laptop and now I wonder if I somehow get my Euro Truck Simulator 2 score from my old PC on the new laptop. I have a Steam and World of Trucks account. Does anyone know how this works and has perhaps already done so successfully?

there's one or more folders, each corresponding to one of your profiles.

Simply save the copy you want and save it to the same location after installation
