Then I looked at Amazon and I looked at a HP which although the same components and features but has other means.

My question now is whether that is the same PC or whether one of the sellers has prescribed.
The only difference I can see is that the device from the Amazon link (HP Envy x360 15-dr0205ng) has 32GB Intel Optane Memory in addition to the normal SSD. Abundant. Otherwise, the devices look the same.
I see there as franklin35 no further significant difference. However, I wonder if you actually need 16 GB of RAM and an Intel Core i7. Such equipment is useful, for example, in complex image and video editing or in the use of other compute-intensive programs. Maybe a cheaper device would be sufficient for you.
