Amazon customer account with 1490 euro has been blocked and will not be unblocked?

About 1 month ago I bought several Amazon cards in the amount of 1490 euro and topped them up on my new one, I was blocked after about 20 minutes after I ordered a laptop. Then I got an email with this message:

Good day,

we closed your account and canceled all open orders.

We took these measures because the Amazon gift certificate or Amazon gift credit you used violated our terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we can't reissue the gift voucher and we can't refund the balance. We recommend that you contact the person who sold or gave you the gift card for more information.

Please note that the purchase of Amazon.de gift vouchers by unauthorized third parties and the sale or transfer of the value of Amazon.de gift vouchers violate our terms and conditions.

For more information, see the Amazon.com help page:
http://www.amazon.com/...m/gc-legal

If, in your opinion, this action was wrongly taken, please send the receipt for the gift certificate or other receipt, e.g. B. An email from the sender authorizing all Amazon Gift Cards used for order 305-9228300-2841XXX.

===========================

then I uploaded all the receipts but apparently it wasn't enough and I received the same email after a day, then I uploaded everything I had there (receipt, activation receipt, amazon card itself with code…)

And now I always get this e-mail from amazon that I should upload these receipts again even though I did it 100 times.

What shall I do now? Amazon's customer service itself sucks because nobody has contact with these account specialists and they don't help me much.

Ma

Then call. They can also be easily reached by phone. Or in chat

Va

And where exactly did you buy the vouchers?

From start to finish, it sounds as if not everything turned out right.

su

Where did you get vouchers?

Ya

Doesn't help, they always say they'll take care of it, but it's been 1 month now. When I asked for the phone number of these "account specialists", they said they had no contact with them

Ya

I bought the vouchers in several shops because they all had a limit:
HIT, Lidl, DM

Zo

Your gift cards were obviously illegal. Where did you get it from? The support at Amazon is actually very good.

ut

Where did you buy the Amazon vouchers?

Ya

HIT, Lidl, DM

Ya

HIT, Lidl, DM

Ya

HIT, Lidl, DM

ut

Get yourself a lawyer.

Va

And why didn't you pay directly to Amazon? So what's the reason why you tediously get vouchers instead of paying directly?

un

Why do you buy vouchers and then use them to pay instead of bank transfer?
Are you of legal age?

Fr

May I ask about your age and know why you wanted to pay such a large amount with vouchers? At the moment, the purchase routes must first be traced in order to rule out any attempt at fraud. This can take months… If you can really dismiss any guilt on your part, then I would clear it up through a lawyer. Usually better than just as a private person

Ya

I'm 16 and wanted to order a laptop for school,
I was then blocked.
On the subject of a lawyer: How do I do it? Do my parents have to be there and who pays for a lawyer?

Ya

Am 16. Can't pay with direct debit at Amazon with a sum of 1.5k

Fr

Bad. Really bad. Amazon is 18 and over and forbids use by minors… I.e. You have violated the terms and conditions and they don't have to pay you back your money… A lawyer has bad cards against that, so I don't see any chances of success

(and yes, your parents would have to hire the lawyer, first and foremost you would pay him and he can bill Amazon for the costs.

But since there's no claim to surrender the voucher amount because of the false information, you would still have to pay the legal fees… Would suggest you go to an initial consultation first and get clarified how your chances are here)

Rh

I bought several Amazon cards worth 1490 euro about 1 month ago

Why? If you have the money, you can order it directly from Amazon. It's completely pointless.

and charged on my new one,

New what account?

I was blocked after about 20 minutes after I ordered a laptop.

Presumably it seems suspicious to Amazon (not without reason) that you quickly upload € 1,500 via GiftCard to a new account. Above all, pay attention to the conditions of the GiftCards according to Amazon itself (Paragraph 2. Limitations):

"Gift Cards can't be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of http://www.amazon.com/...amazon.com or its affiliated properties; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from Amazon.com"

https://www.amazon.com/...Id=3122091

then i uploaded all the receipts but apparently it wasn't enough

The question is more whether it's about the GiftCards themselves. Amazon also has a mailing address - in this case, probably

Amazon EU SARL
Office Germany
Marcel-Breuer-Str. 12th
80807 Munich

Otherwise you have to contact the head office, but only in writing, and also in either English or French:

Amazon Services Europe S.à r.l.
38 avenue John F. Kennedy
L-1855 Luxembourg

The customer service from Amazon itself

… Is normally excellent. Something is wrong here.

Complement:

Am 16. Can't pay with direct debit at Amazon with a sum of 1.5k

No wonder that doesn't work. What you are trying to do here is to fraudulently obtain services or to make a purchase that you do not have the right to make. You can only conclude such a deal from the age of 18. Whether you are entitled to a refund of the GiftCards is, in my opinion, a matter of fact. Unsure, because the purchase was made with the intention of circumventing the age rules.

Va

Well, then you shouldn't have ordered there in the first place without the consent / supervision of your parents. Where did the money for the vouchers come from?

Ya

But I can say that the account is on my father, but the username or order name on me?

Ya

The money came from me, I earn my money by buying / selling

Fr

You are welcome to say that, but Amazon is not from the day before yesterday. (I'm not judging the case at the end of the day, I'm just saying that it turns out to be even worse for the clarification of the case)

Ya

Well Amazon itself doesn't know how old I'm and probably won't know either.

The question is more whether it's about the GiftCards themselves. Amazon also has a mailing address - in this case, probably

That can of course be, but should I contact you by post or how?

Va

It still doesn't sound more serious / legal…

May I ask what you buy and sell? Maybe these are not entirely legal goods / products?

Ya

I generally buy technology products such as Keyboards on eBay classifieds and sell them a little more expensive

un

Oha.

I'm 16

How did you register with Amazon, wrong date of birth?

I earn my money by buying / selling

So you act commercially, are you aware of that?

And now it is slowly becoming clear why Amazon reacts this way.

Ya

You are not asked for your date of birth at Amazon.
And it is clear to me that I trade commercially, I also run a trade on my father.

un

And your father plays with it?!

All pretty unbelievable, but it's your business.

And you will only get out of the Amazon story with a lawyer, if at all.

un

That can of course be, but should I contact you by post or how?

You not at all; if so, then your parents.

But as already written: Without a lawyer it won't work.

Ya

Then that won't work, 1500 euro are gone that amazon has ripped off "legally". Super

un

Which amazon has ripped off virtually "legally". Super

Nope, the other way around we put a shoe out of it; you are entirely to blame for this.

Ya

Guilt because I can't order a laptop myself?

Age is stupid the legal system…

Ya

Where did I bypass your registration system? You are not even asked for a date of birth or the like when registering. Please inform yourself a little better

Rh

The registration system does not actually ask for the date of birth, but the terms and conditions are clear:

Quote:

"You may not use an Amazon Service: (i) in a way that is likely to interrupt, damage or otherwise impair the Amazon Service or access to it, or (ii) for fraudulent purposes or in connection with a crime or illegal activity, or (iii) to cause harassment, inconvenience or fear. "

Quote end.

and further:

"We do not offer products for sale by minors. Our products for children can only be purchased by adults. If you are under 18, you can only use Amazon Services with the assistance of a parent or legal guardian."

Quote end.

https://www.amazon.de/...E9MGKKQXXM

The purchase of a laptop - even via prepaid cards - that is not covered by the pocket money paragraph and can therefore lead to liability claims by both the retailer and your legal guardian against Amazon is an illegal activity.

Ya

But assuming my parents allowed me to order this laptop and knew about the Amazon account, would there be a problem?
