For typing, prefer one with the right keyboard. In my opinion, the Surface Go is no good. Had one here myself. Not even Adobe Acrobat Reader worked. Writing was also exhausting.
What does it mean to work?

The very small display. This is not suitable for office, image or video editing, the latter is excluded anyway because the hardware is far too weak.
