Wi-Fi regularly fails on my notebook. What should I do?

For me, the internet often fails on my Akoya Medion notebook. My notebook does not have a LAN connection and other devices in the household have WLAN.

Did you enter the network key on your notebook? See what the device manager says. There must be a hint somewhere.

Where is the network key?

It is on / under the router and if you have not entered it, you can't be connected to the internet.
