No. Then get yourself a lightweight Linux distribution that should run on weaker devices but you have to be a computer god to get along with Linux and nothing is compatible except some servers or pentesting tools that are intended for any nerds.

With Linux you can't run exe files anyway. There are these weird emulators like Wine, but if it works at all, it never works well and not nearly as well as Windows. Linux for private users is just an overhypeter OS which is only intended for any nerds who would be willing to code a complete operating system themselves.
