Windows 10 or Chromebook with Playstore (I say extra 'with Playstore' because I've already seen Chromebooks without them)

10 to 12 inches screen
Tablet (PC) with external keyboard or small notebook desired
What do you want to do with the notebook?
Skype, Amazon Prime, read and answer mails, YouTube, Google, Internet shopping, print via W-LAN or cable, write texts, pictures that I take with my camera shoot - No editing of pictures and videos, no games play
It is estimated that you will find some mid-range 10 "tablets for your purpose. IPads are eliminated for price reasons.

Even better would be a model with SSD instead of flash memory, but they usually have 14 inches and are a bit more expensive. In the models with flash memory but can often retrofit a m.2 SSD.
