Asus laptop password problems after reboot?

I own a now three or four years old "Asus laptop. Everything was awesome in the beginning, but after a while, I could not access my Microsoft account because there were "problems" with it and I should enter the password, which stupidly I do not remember.

That was not bad, because I do not really need the account anyway.

However, a few months ago, my laptop started, whenever it was switched on again and I entered the PIN to write an error message. It says, "This sign-in option is disabled because login attempts were incorrect or the device was repeatedly turned off, use a different sign-in option, or leave your device turned on for at least 2 hours and try again."

And that, although the device once turned off, once turned on, and the PIN was entered correctly.

On the other, theoretically possible login option: I would have to enter a password that I can't remember the best will. I really tried everything.

Now to my question-part of this question:

Is there hope that you can change anything about the situation, or will my laptop have this problem until the end of your days?

If there are solutions: which ones?

Did you ever have the same problem, if so, what did you do then?

If you need more information to answer this question, I'll try to find out. Unfortunately I'm very bad with technology and so and therefore can't assess what is helpful and what is not.

The device started in safe mode. Nobody knows this. Wait, you're a man writing or a buddy.
