Which notebook do you recommend to me (750 euro budget €)?

I have 750 euro as a budget for a notebook. I would use it for the internet, office and a music program. I thought about buying the Xiomi mi Pro, but it is too difficult for me to switch to German Windows and the keyboard because it is American.
