Can a Trojan disappear by itself?

I had a Trojan on my laptop a year ago, he did not quite go in there was just a message "contact the trojan support service…" After a year, I turned it back on and it works normally. What do you think he is just gone or is he hiding somewhere?

The maximum is inactive.

Mo

Active, installed malware on a system does not disappear on its own. The system is just as compromised as it was a year ago and therefore needs to be reinstalled and updated with the latest updates.

Jo

He can also delete himself (temporary batch execution by appointment)

It may also be that your antivirus system has been found and removed after an update of this Trojan.

Everything has its explanation…

Mo

When finding and "removing" malware, there are usually obvious clues of the AV. And even then, the system would be untrustworthy, since AVs do not begin to work as reliably as advertised and certainly not when the system and with it also the installed AV are infected and compromised. Ergo: Repositioning is the only reliable solution.

mo

Unfortunately, the only true solutions to malware infestation are so unpopular that they still stubbornly hold the rumor that they allow a contaminated system to be cleansed.

Mo

Jo, unfortunately. This will remain so. I had to see years ago and therefore I hardly help. Incidentally, we know each other from earlier.

mo

Oh, from here or from somewhere else? I have not been here for a long time.

Mo

From here.
