I recently downloaded FIFA 21 onto a rather poorly performing laptop. Fortunately, the integrated graphics are sufficient (according to the system requirements lab). However, FIFA does not work properly. I've 'fixed' it many times on Origin but it's still the same. How can I solve this?

With inefficient laptops / PCs you have to expect that you will not play the game at full power and that bugs or strong frame drops are the order of the day.
In order to play a game, you not only need the integrated graphics unit, but also (depending on the case) a relatively good CPU and relatively fast RAM.
Small example: You have an RTX 3090, but you have an i3-2450. The games will still be ugly, as the potential of the graphics card with the CPU is immensely throttled.
