I've been looking for a football manager for some time now and I have to admit that I really like FIFA's career mode, so I'm thinking about buying FIFA… But I still have some questions that I have before still would like to clarify.
My laptop I'm playing on has a good processor et cetera, but you can forget the graphics card… Does it matter if I just play career mode and simulate all the games?
In addition, I still have the question of whether you can play the career well with a mouse and keyboard? - I think that's probably even better, but does anyone have any experience here?
Lastly, if anyone knows another reasonable FM (possibly with autmatic trainer? Is the standard?) Like to comment too.
Schonmal Thank you for your answers or your time.
So if you just simulate the games, that should be fine. But you can forget the gameplay with mouse / keyboard. Other FM:
-Football Manager 19, but then wait for 20
-PES 19, is FIFA, only in some parts like the career mode, it is better equipped, licenses are such a thing but you can get them quickly via mods
Ok, thanks for the quick reply!
Which FIFA would you recommend? Is it possible to somehow update the player values in older versions?
So FIFA 09/08 was already good at football management, but it is outdated, if you have enough money you can go to FIFA 20 as EA has planned 'Innovation' for the career mode
And what about FIFA 17, for example? I would like to test it first before I invest more.
Fifa 17 had new features, such as new negotiation animations and board expectations, so the game is good too
Great, then I'll give it a try!
