Fifa 19 tab automatically out?

I have the following problem in Fifa 19: My game tabt (Alt + Tab) out at irregular intervals again and again. This automatically stops the game focus and I fly out of the match. My laptop is about the recommended system requirements for Fifa 19.

There's in Windows 10 the "game mode". This should, among other things, avoid interference during the game.
