Can it be true that the performance of the cell phone processor is much better? Or is it just like comparing an airplane to a bicycle?
If that is so, can you somehow use the computing power of the Snapdragon 855 (in a Mi 9T pro) on the laptop? (So somehow connect and distribute the tasks?

The rag is much faster
There are different processor architectures that can't really be compared. First, most PC programs are compiled for x86 (Intel / AMD), which is why the Snapdragon (ARM) can't run them at all. Second, there are a few things in which ARM CPUs are fast and efficient (e.g. Play media), but there are also enough things in which they are not very good and are inferior to most x86 processors. These are usually the things that really need computing power, such as Render videos or games.
