Since I work with the CMD on my new laptop, it opens in full screen mode when you restart the program, unless I run a program, then this is a small window as usual. I want the CMD to open in a small window as before, instead of the entire screen. How can I get it?

Cmd can't open in full-screen mode since this is no longer possible since Win 7.
At best, cmd starts maximized.
In this case, click on the icon in the upper left corner and select Settings / Layout.
Set the window size to 80x30 and the buffer to 128x9999, that should be reasonable. Ensure handling of Cmd.
