I'm deaf and have always watched movies or DVDs with subtitles and often Pro7 because it has the best function. At the moment my TV is broken and I do not have much money to get a new one. Mostly already. Unless they have extreme own productions because you need a + access and costs, but less than Netflix
90% already. If you want to watch series from a few years ago, you have to have "Premium", but I have never paid anything for it and watch more and more series about it. They also have good subtitles depending on the station.
