I have an anime background on my PC and I have switched it off. Then I logged on to my laptop and I have a helicopter as the background, but when I returned after doing something in the router settings, there was the same profile picture that I have on my PC. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?

It may be that it synchronizes with other computers
Or if you are logged into both with a Microsoft account
Are you logged in with the same Microsoft account on both computers? Then that could be due to the synchronization. You can also display this in the settings.
The MS account also synchronizes the background images. You can turn this off under Settings> Microsoft account.
