How can I access Netflix USA on my PC?

I like the series The Office, but unfortunately it does not exist on my local Netflix. On my phone, I can use an app but change the VPN and geographic location to select USA and so the series.

Qualitative is the serial on the phone but clearly inferior to the laptop (And with the laptop I could connect it to the TV, so I would like to know if there's also the possibility of free the same as the phone on the laptop (I own a Microsoft laptop with Windows 10, if that's relevant.)

(I did some research on the internet, but I was not sure if I was on trustworthy sites.)

Primary DNS: 208.122.23.22

Secondary DNS: 208.122.23.23

If you did, you should have Netflix in the US version.

It is not a VPN so the connection and quality should be very good.
