Adapter USB 3.0 to HDMI for 4K monitor?

On my notebook (1 HDMI, 2 USB 3.0, 1USB 2.0, charging port, headphone / microphone, Ethernet, SD card) is currently a 4K monitor connected via HDMI and a monitor (Full HD) via a USB to HDMI adapter s.einem USB 3.0 port. Now I want to connect another monitor (4K) and am looking for an adapter or another solution. Unfortunately, I do not have a USB Type-C connector, so it's not that easy.

With a second adapter (as I already have one) it does not work. The maximum resolution is 1680 x 1050, although the same adapter works on my full HD monitor (1920 x 1080). So I went looking for an adapter from USB 3.0, which supports 4K.

I came across the following product: https://www.amazon.de/...018YHMMQ0/

The adapter costs 60 euro and should support 4K.

Now my question, if anyone has schonmal dealt with the problem and maybe knows a better adapter, or knows a completely different solution.

That it's my notebook, I do not think first, the processor utilization is just 11% and the GPU does not turn on at all, the GPU of the processor is 25%.

Of the kind adapters there are many different (partly already for 14 euro).

Here one with 2048 × 1152 resolution around 36 euro:

Yes, I have such a cheap, but support this only to Full HD. Those who support 4K are much more expensive.

So without such an adapter is not?
