I do not know now how I should transfer the video (it takes 5 min) to my laptop, since it is one from Sony. Since this video has too many MBs, I can't send it as an email.

You certainly have a Google account, which gives you access to the "Google Drive", if you upload it there you can download it to your laptop.

I do not understand that. You write something from SONY, then from iPhone and then something from a closure. If you mean the Lightning connector, it doesn't matter, because the other end that you would have to plug into the PC is a USB connector.
You can also connect the iPhone cable to the laptop and then use iTunes to drag the file to the PC.
Take the iPhone's charging cable - it has a USB connector on the other end.
