Is there a good laptop for a not so high price?

I start an apprenticeship on August 1st and for my job I need a laptop every now and then. My parents have one but I want to have one of my own. Are there any good laptops that perform well in general and are not overpriced?

If you want it longer, Lenovo Thinkpad (then you will invest for the next 10 years) have a very good keyboard (the best)

If you're only after the price, Idea Pad.

Performance and price (expensive) are relative.

Either you name a specific performance and you can look for the best laptop in the class, or you name a specific price to find the strongest laptop.

What does not mean high price for you? With 500 euro you definitely get usable devices. Otherwise wait a month for the first salary to arrive.

I bought the iWork10 Pro Station at Amazon for 229 EUR. Best and small laptop I can only recommend. There are some with 4 GB Ram and 8 GB Ram (approx. EUR 60 surcharge) that is a tablet and laptop in one and the battery lasts very, very well. Disadvantage: This laptop has no drive or DVD CD-R. Another disadvantage is that the battery takes about 4 to 5 hours to fully charge. Advantage: It has Windows 11 and Android 8.1 (can be rebooted) Another advantage is that the screen has a touchscreen with very, very accurate detection.

I bought the iWork10 pro station with 500 GB hard drive with 8 GB RAM.
