Maximum 1000 euro and Apple: No. Well, put 300-400 euro more on it and you can buy an M1 MacBook, would then recommend the 2nd configuration on the Apple site. Other alternatives would be the Dell XPS 13, which in the end costs even more than the MacBook Air.
A Macbook Air with Apple M1 is faster than a Ryzen 7 in many situations.
It's also fanless, has an incredibly good battery life, and is incredibly fast for anything you want to do.
I speak from experience because I own one myself.
I wouldn't recommend it because of the OS.
What do you imagine What are your requirements and how big should the laptop be? Storage, etc. That is very individual.
