Laptop is not working anymore? - 1

Since 1-2 weeks my laptop is not working properly first it was like that when I opened opera for example it hung up and did not show any feedback but when I restarted the laptop it usually went back to the problem my laptop did After 20 minutes of use, it just went off by itself and when I started it again and again it went out then today when I wanted to reinwollte it was not at all it stays the whole time, Windows is started. Even if I turn on the PC on and off it does not even have the battery in and out made nothing works! Incidentally, have a Sony Vaio laptop (Windows 7)

What does the blue screen say?

I do not know if you mean that but sometimes I forgot to mention as you say a blue screen with some text

Search for the event and then go to custom display, then Administrative events. Then look for a critical error

With luck, it could just be a cooling problem. Thoroughly clean the laptop, if necessary, replace the thermal compound.

But it can also be just a software error to rebuild the laptop.
