We have the following problem:
My brother's laptop is running Windows 7 (32bit). We tried to install Java. We have enough storage space and we try to install the program with and without antivirus. Every time the error 1603 came.
We have on the hard drive C: no Java folder and therefore the following link and its contents and tips are of no use to me:

How can you fix the error? We looked at a lot of YouTube videos, searched many sites for help, tried to install Java without an internet connection, ran the offline installer - without success.
A complete reinstallation of Windows is out of the question, because we have so many important files on it.
I ask for quick answers.
If you have a 32bit system, you also have to install the 32bit Java.
