HI, I finally bought a new PC and wanted to give my old Acer Aspire 8930 to my brother (8) after his surgery. Said and done. Windows 10 64 bit reset (everything also drives and reinstalled and set up.) The joy was great at first, but now we had to realize that no USB slot works.Since I also know better with PC's, I went straight to troubleshooting Result Before all USB drivers is in the Device Manager a warning triangle (pictures are included) When Updiesieren there's an error message and the drivers are classified as an unknown device Deinstalieren there's exactly the same problem after rebooting Also have external tools such as Driver Boster Not working (they could not install either) Also a Bios update did not work, unfortunately I'm at the end with my Latin but maybe one of you knows, in advance thank you for your help
MFG Paul
PS: The laptop has ever run perfectly with Windows 10 64bit. And error message when updating is: Windows has found the driver for the device, but an error occurred during installation.
Intel (R) ICH9 Family USB Universal Host Controller-2939
Error during installation of the device:
The driver installation file for this device is missing a required entry.
As I said, even external tools have displayed an error message when installing their servers.
This device has Win 10 USB problems. Maybe you can find a suitable driver here:
