How do I create a non-local calendar in Outlook?

Unfortunately, I don't find any suitable instructions on the Internet: I recently linked my email account to Outlook and now want to be able to access my Outlook calendar from any of my devices. The default calendar is called "Calendar (this computer only)" how can I create a calendar that is synchronized between my devices (cell phone, laptop, PC)?

For this you need a calendar on a server. For example Office 365 …, exchange server, google… Etc etc…
