I installed Windows 10 Pro on my laptop. Now I wanted to add my Googel account to the pre-installed Windows calendar. In the calendar under Settings - Manage accounts - Add account - Google will then log me in. I enter my gmail address, the password, give the access rights and then the error code 0x8000000b appears. I was able to add my Google account to the mail program.
On my old laptop I was also able to integrate the gmail account into the calendar.
Have already googled the topic and found many reports where the users have the same problem. So far I have not been able to find a solution for myself. Maybe someone can help me. Would be very grateful.
Checklist:
1. Sync activated?:
Settings> Accounts> Your Google Account = Sync for calendar active? If not, activate it.
2. G-Mail must not be deactivated. If you ever threw it out, please turn it on. You can still suspend the synchronization via G-Mail if you don't use the app as a standard program.
3. The "Calendar" app (Google) must also not be deactivated.
4. Now synchronize your account. (Also update mail.) Then see if the problem still exists.
If nothing works anyway:
Relink the account.
I would recommend you a client so it's very easy:
But that is not possible. Settings - Accounts - Your account. Then it appears
Local account
Administrator
No way to enter my Google account.
