Which laptops are well suited from 200 to 300 euro?

Hi can you recommend me laptops from 200euro to 300euro, the good ones are fast and a good graphics card with which emulators such as pcsx2 so ps2 can play smoothly?

200 to 300 euro is the normal sales value of the worst laptops, because you can use writing programs and watch videos but guaranteed not to play on it

You can forget about 60 Hz screen
