I just checked the internet, there are new ones that only cost a little less! Better not do it or trade it down.
Would say is ok, but maybe I would also recommend a model with a 1080p display, because you have a little more of it, if that suits your budget.
With other sites, Luxnote Hanover, Notebookswieneu, Notebooksbilliger you pay roughly a similar price or a little more.
On eBay, on the other hand, you can still save a little, because you can also get the i7 models with 12GB Ram for already 299 euro and if they are also from a dealer, you can take them without problems, in my experience the Thinkpads are almost indestructible and hold forever. With one of the large external batteries, you can even extend your battery life to approx. 6-12h (get about the runtime with my Thinkpad x240)
Would generally say that you get a new equivalent laptop for the price.
Since you hopefully don't want to gamble on it, the biggest reason for buying a new one is probably the battery, which will be getting a bit old when used.
For T450 in good condition 379 Eus are ok.
