Lenovo probably uses Torx screws here, as far as I can see.
However, these are TINY, I do not have such small bits.
Now the question would be: What size screws does Lenovo use? Then I have to look around for a suitable bit.
I always flex a bit / screwdriver accordingly.

Uff, certainly sounds feasible, but I don't think I have the necessary sensitivity for that, so I tend to destroy my bits.
