I'm looking for a laptop and came across 2 good offers.

1. Lenovo IdeaPad 330-17IKB 2. Lenovo IdeaPad 330-17IKB

Resolution: HD + Resolution: HD +

SSD: 128Gb SSD: 128Gb

HDD: 1T HDD: 1T

Graphics card: Intel UHD Graphics 620 Graphics card: Nvidia MX150

Processor: Intel Core i5 8250U Processor: Intel Core i5 8250U

Processor Type: Quad-Core Processor Type: Quad-Core

Number of processor cores: 4 Number of processor cores: 2

These are the dates of the two laptops. In the second, the graphics card is a lot better than the first, so I tendire to it. But what I do not understand, it's the same processor installed, but has one 2 and the other 4 cores, although both are quad-core? Can someone enlighten me there, I may think so wrong, because I understand synonymous not quite what a processor design should mean and what is the difference to processor cores.

Thanks in advance.

The i5 8250U is a 4 core CPU with 8 threats… I think the information on OTTO is flawed

The 2nd has not only the better GPU but also the bigger SSD.

So for 66 euro more worth it.

CPU is the same. 4 kerners.

But do not expect miracles anyway.

Since the 8th generation, the mobile versions of the i5 have 4 cores. So also the i5 8250u.
