I bought a new laptop last week. A hp specter x360, since I draw digitally I thought with a pen for the laptop I can draw directly on the display.
I get advice in the HP forum. I was told the HP Tilt Pen is the best for this laptop. I ordered this and bought it for 130 Euro. When installing this does not work. I call the support and I was told the pen is not compatible.
This consultant recommended the HP active pen to me for the Pro Tablet 408. What a miracle, this one does not work the same way I had to call again later.
The bottom line is: HP is no longer an option for me because these employees completely destroyed my trust in HP. I'm very open to suggestions from you. It should be a touch screen where a pen can be used (with pressure sensitivity) and one that also provides performance.

Get a gaming laptop. They are the price too overpriced. But a graphics card like the 1050 Ti would have to be in there. Actually perfect for drawing, because the programs have perfect support through graphics. Can you also if you do not feel like drawing a few rounds Fortnite play ;-) xD
There are also special drawing pads incl. Pen, which you can then connect via USB, maybe that would be something too?
