Rename Lenovo notebook users?

I recently purchased a Lenovo notebook and can't remember naming the user. Unfortunately, with right mouse click does not appear under the folder "user", not the function "rename". Online I find nothing about the renaming of the user.
Does anyone know how this works?
(PS: it is NOT the Microsoft account, but the user on the desktop itself)
